65.36 million UAH is the sum a commercial court in Luhansk Oblast has ordered the Russian state to pay. The funds are designated for Oliiar, a private enterprise that lost a massive inventory of sunflower seeds during the occupation of Svatove.

Oliiar purchased 4,700 tonnes of sunflower seeds from the 2021 harvest. The supplier, Prydniprovske Agrarian Company LLC, delivered the entire consignment to a warehouse operated by Svatove-Ahro LLC. By 24 February 2022, the storage facility had transferred 2,592 tonnes to Oliiar. This left 2,107 tonnes remaining in the Svatove warehouse.

Following the start of the full-scale invasion, Russian armed groups took control of the warehouse premises. Oliiar did not recover the remaining 2,107 tonnes. The company is registered in Pustomyty, Lviv Oblast, with Iryna Zalizna listed as founder and Iryna Podoba as director.

The court ruled that Oliiar provided conclusive evidence that the loss of the crop resulted directly from Russian armed aggression. The compensation figure is based on an expert valuation of the missing inventory. Russia is represented by its Ministry of Justice in the proceedings.

This decision follows a prior ruling by the same court. Earlier, the tribunal ordered Russia to pay Trading House Agrokhim LLC 51.67 million UAH, approximately 1.25 million US dollars, for property lost in Svatove and Kakhovka.
