A second suspect has been taken into custody in the double homicide at a west Lincoln strip club, Lincoln Police said.

Capt. Ben Miller said 32-year-old Darious Fletcher was arrested Tuesday near 10th and A streets. He faces two counts of accessory to first-degree murder and one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm. On Wednesday, a Lancaster County judge set his bond at $2 million, meaning he would need to pay $200,000 to be released from jail. Fletcher is scheduled to return to court on July 2.

Authorities previously arrested Christopher Johnson, also 32, and charged him with two counts of first-degree murder. Johnson was taken into custody Tuesday following a foot chase in Omaha. He is being held in the Douglas County jail, and a court appearance in Lancaster County has not yet been scheduled.

The shooting took place around 2 a.m. Saturday at The Office Gentlemen's Club. Miller said security video shows Johnson and Fletcher at the scene beforehand. Johnson approached 39-year-old Carlos Silva near the building's entrance, while Fletcher began speaking with 40-year-old Terrell Jones, who was sitting in a nearby vehicle.

"Moments later, Johnson pulls out a handgun and shoots Silva multiple times, and he falls back inside the building," Miller said. According to Miller, Johnson then turned and fired at Jones, who was still inside the vehicle.

Police said Johnson and Fletcher got into a vehicle and left the area. Silva and Jones were taken to a hospital, where both later died.

Investigators are still working to determine what led to the shooting, but they believe it was premeditated. "Certainly with the charge of first-degree murder, there was some sort of planning that we believe took place," Miller said.

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call Lincoln Police at 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
